What is ARTS REACH?

 

At WBZB Entertainment,  ARTS REACH is the centerpiece of our efforts to bring the arts to our community and our children in a dynamic and fun way!

We’ve designed a series of interactive programs which are intended to improve confidence and enhance students’ development and personal growth; giving them an experience that is up-close, personal and life-changing.

We are not in competition with any other arts programs, schools or instructors. On the contrary; our goal is to help all existing arts organizations and programs through networking, partnering and fundraising opportunities.

By providing youth with unique performance opportunities, we actually increase their desire and motivation to continue arts education. Our goal is always to send students back stronger and more confident.

Taking The Next Step

Through our programs, we foster a sense of community, teamwork and giving back.

When kids discover the satisfaction and joy derived from sharing knowledge and creative teamwork experiences with others, they will inevitably pass it on over time.

So, the next step is always to create an environment and natural desire to participate, communicate and share.

The results are amazing, as we use the performance arts to make a difference in the lives of our children and our communities.

What is ARTS FUSION?

 

In June, 2009, WBZB will launch the ARTS FUSION performance arts workshops.  These themed, multi-week sessions will incorporate or “fuse” Acting, Voice, and Dance into one exciting, interactive program for kids ages 7-18.

 

Whether students are new to the arts or already involved in one or more disciplines, ARTS FUSION provides a great approach to arts education through practical application and results in a more complete performer.

 

Our fast-paced, interactive and energetic teaching methods will impact advanced young performers as well as beginners.

Each session culminates in a fun and entertaining variety show for family and friends.

· Improve work ethic and interpersonal skills through our fun, “hands-on”, team-oriented approach to the performance arts.

 

ARTS FUSION is a flexible and adaptable program.  Come to one of our existing workshops or we can bring our program to you.

 

This exciting program could be the perfect  addition or new twist to existing programs, summer camps, choir camps, recreation programs, motivational workshops and more.

· GUEST ARTISTS—Bringing in guest lecturers, directors, performance artists and groups to your location

· ARTS REACH IN THE CLASSROOM—unique series of classroom workshops designed to help achieve the host director’s specific goals. Intimate and interactive.

· ARTS REACH TECHNOLOGY—Demonstrations and interactive projects which introduce digital audio and/or video production to students and/or teachers.

· IN THE MIX— Interactive, multi-day performance workshop that culminates in an exciting concert performance for the school and community with our flagship troupe, THE MIX!

· ARTS FUSION— Our signature workshop that blends voice, dance and acting into one dynamic and interactive program; culminating in an exciting musical-variety show for family, friends and community.

 

These programs can easily be adapted and tailored to the fit the specific communities,

organizations and schools we work with.
